Privacy Policy for Balance Recharger

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Balance Recharger ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by NinuSoft.

Last updated: 2025/10/08

Our Privacy Commitment: Balance Recharger is built to be private-by-design. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers. All core functions of the app are performed entirely on your device.

  1. How the Application Handles Information

The Application does not require user registration. We do not want your personal information. Here is a breakdown of how data is handled for each feature:

    • Camera Data (for Scanning)

When you use the "Scan" feature, the camera is activated to capture the recharge PIN. This process is 100% offline and local. The image is processed in your device's memory to find the numbers and is immediately discarded. It is never saved to your photo gallery or sent anywhere.

    • SIM Card / Telephony Information

The app reads basic information about your SIM card(s) only to show you a list (e.g., "SIM 1," "SIM 2"). This helps you choose which line to recharge. This information is read and displayed in real-time and is never stored by the app.

    • Recharge PINs

Whether you type the PIN or scan it, the number is held temporarily in your device's memory only for the moment needed to prepare the dialer code. As soon as you press the recharge button or close the app, this information is gone. We do not log or save your recharge history.

  2. Third-Party Services (for App Maintenance)

To maintain and improve the app, we use standard third-party services for analytics and crash reporting (e.g., Google Firebase).

    • If the app crashes, an anonymous report is sent to us so we can fix the bug. This report contains technical information only (e.g., device model, OS version, location of the error in the code) and does not include any personal data, camera images, or PINs.
    • We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., how many users use the scan feature vs. manual entry) to help us improve the app's design. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
  3. Application Permissions Explained

Here is why the app asks for each permission:

    • CAMERA (android.permission.CAMERA) – To enable the "Scan" feature. Used only when you tap the scan button.
    • CALL PHONE (android.permission.CALL_PHONE) – To directly dial the recharge code (e.g., *123*PIN#) when you press the "Recharge" button.
    • READ PHONE STATE (android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE) – To identify the available SIM cards on your device so you can select the correct one.
    • INTERNET (android.permission.INTERNET) – Used only to send the anonymous crash reports and usage data mentioned above, and to check for app updates. No personal data is ever transmitted.
    • POST NOTIFICATIONS (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS) – May be used to send you important updates or confirmations.
  4. Data Security

Since we do not store your personal data, the risk of a data breach from our side is eliminated. All sensitive operations occur on your device, protected by the security of the Android operating system.

  5. Children's Privacy

This Application is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone. Our policy of not collecting any personal data serves as a fundamental protection for all our users.

  6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Since we do not collect your contact information, we cannot notify you directly, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
